Job Title: NetSuite Administrator

Location: London, UK, Hybrid (3 days per week)

Salary: £55,000


We are excited to be partnered with a leading retail company based in London that has emerged and is leading their market. As part of their growth strategy and to continue their success, we are seeking a talented NetSuite Administrator to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Administrator to oversee and optimize the NetSuite platform. As a NetSuite Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing retail operations by ensuring the smooth functioning of Netsuite and supporting business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain NetSuite system, including user management, access control, and customization.

  • Collaborate/communicate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide effective solutions.

  • Configure and customize NetSuite modules, workflows, and reports to align with business processes.

  • Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting for NetSuite-related inquiries.

  • Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator, preferably in a retail environment.

  • Strong understanding of Netsuite functionality, configuration, and customization options.

  • Proficiency in Netsuite SuiteCloud development tools (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder) would be ideal. troubleshooting essential.

  • Familiarity with Netsuite integration techniques and tools.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams.
